Sicilian Chicken

1/2 lb Italian sausage-sliced
1 T olive oil
3 1/2-4 lb chicken
1/2 C water-hot
2 cloves garlic
1 t chicken bouillon
1/2 t salt
1/4 t basil
1/4 t black pepper
2 medium onions
2 medium peppers
2 medium tomatoes

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Sautee sausage in oil.
Brown chicken and drain.
Add sausage, water, garlic, bouillon, salt, pepper & basil. Cover & bake 45 minutes. Chop or chunk veggies.
Add onions, peppers, & tomatoes. Cover & bake another 10-15 minutes.

*If you use boneless chicken, decrease initial baking time to 25-30 min.
