Roast a Shrimp

Ina Garten’s recipe for roasted shrimp. Yes, RoAsTeD. In the oven. You may never go back to boiling shrimp!

Sprinkle, drizzle, dip or drudge each shrimp with olive oil.
Salt & pepper them.
Place them on a large baking pan in a single layer.
Bake @ 400 for 8-10 minutes.

That’s it!

I add a bit of garlic to the sprinkle and some butter to olive oil, for good measure, but don’t over do it with a bunch of extras, lest you defeat the purpose of a simple and delightful meal.
FYI, Costco sells a large bag of large, peeled, deveined, headless shrimp.
