Gazpacho

source: my friend, Karol…who convinced me that I would like gazpacho.

V-8- 1 large can
crushed tomatoes- large can
1 cucumber- diced
1 green pepper- diced
4 green onions- chopped
1 yellow squash- diced
1 C celery- chopped
4 T olive oil
2 clovers garlic- minced
4 t parsley
3 t salt
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t pepper

Directions
After all the chopping and dicing, all you do is throw it in a large bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Serve chilled.

Serves 12.
