Doesn’t get much easier than this.
pork chops
Durkee french fried onions
1-2 eggs
black pepper
opt. Worchestershire sauce
Directions
Crush the french fried onions
Beat the egg in a shallow bowl (add the optional Worchestershire)
Dip your pork chops in the egg
Sprinkle with pepper
Coat with the onions
Bake @ 400 for about 30 min (depends on thickness of chops)
I had chicken and dipped it in milk instead. Then I fried it. It was a hit with the kids and grandparents. I think it would be much better on pork and baked. Next time I will do it your way. I guess you can say we had fried-fried chicken! 😉
I have tried the chicken like this now I am going to try pork chops I am sure it will be a hit here as well:)
