Coconut Cake

So easy, so rich & delicious. Hard to tell it is a cake mix cake.

1 box of white, yellow, or butter cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Cool Whip
Coconut – lightly toasted, if desired

Bake your cake in a 9×13 pan. When cake is cool, poke holes in it with a wooden spoon handle. Pour Eagle Brand over the top. Frost with the Cool Whip (smoosh it into the holes, too) and cover with coconut.

Read a recent recipe that added a can of cream of coconut poured over the top of the baked cake, along with the Eagle Brand. I think that sounds even better!
