Toss together in a med mixing bowl:
1 apple – cored and chopped
2 medium stalks broccoli – bite-size
1 large carrot – shredded or finely chopped
1/4 medium onion – finely chopped
1/4 Cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
1/2 C walnuts – chopped
2 T lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 C mayo
1/2 C sour cream or plain yogurt
1 t sugar or 1-2 t honey
1/4 t sea salt
Mix well until sugar dissolved and pour over broccoli mixture.
Mix the broccoli apple mix well with the dressing until equally distributed. Chill a couple hours before serving (even better the next day).
