Course of Study 08-09

We’re doing something a little different this year…ok, a lot different. We have signed up with a homeschool co-op type thing. It is formal and rigid as far as co-ops go, in that while it doesn’t replace the teaching & learning that happens in the home through the week, they have designed the courses and developed the plans. The boys will attend one day a week for lecture, group activities, testing, and assignments for the following week. We will jump through their hoops.

Zoology looks fun. I enjoyed that class in HS. The mystery history sounds awesome. I think I might like that book! 🙂
    What is Editor-in-Chief all about?
I have to agree about the new colors too. It’s kinda melony! grapefruitish even… Love them!

I looked up Mystery of History just now. They are not kidding when they say “all ages”. So, next time you come this way, bring this curriculum with ya. I’d love to read one of the lessons with the A&J. I might even give them a run for their money in one of those jeopardy games! 🙂
