• I have a new hangout — the YMCA.  (resist breaking out into song) Although I’ve belonged to other fitness clubs in the past and there was always the base gym, this is my first experience with the Y. Its only been a week, but I like it. I’m not exactly comfortable there yet, but I think that will come. (I don’t like new places….but that is a secret, OK?) The Wellness Center with all the cardio machines and the weights is big and open. There are TVs to watch, so you don’t have to look at each other, lol. The Y has a dress code and I am thankful that I don’t get an eye full of “biscuits” as I’m puffing and sweating.
  • Gas was down to $2.39 this week. With my new daily commute, I gas up twice a week, instead of every other week. I’m also thankful for the big bottle of hand sani in my console.
  • Math teachers — a particular one this week, but I am thankful for all competent math teachers.  America needs you!
  • The Hub’s job security.

♫ I will glory in my Redeemer
My life He bought, my love He owns
I have no longings for another
I’m satisfied in Him alone
